E-Sim card royal time-consuming pain to install

I had to return to the store to have them do it for me. Even then, the store expert had to spend at least a half hour on the phone (mostly on hold) to get a real person to help him. If you want to avoid that hassle, buy an iPhone 13 or lower.

Do not order online from Best Buy

Best Buy service does not support the customer. I ordered this item, and it was not delivered. The support team told me multiple times that I would be compensated, but strung me out for a month. They resorted to saying it was my responsibility and wiping their hands of the issue. I am out the cost of the phone, and had to purchase another.

Worst iPhone created
