They send me wrong phone.phone was locked & supposed to be with SIM card option. But nothing.now customer service can’t do nothing because phone out of the country.

I bought the Iphone 14 asking for it unlocked, when I arrived in Brazil I put the e-sim and it gave an error because it was blocked by the store. The equipment is not locked by the operator, but by the store. When contacting Apple, they advised me to ask the store to perform the unlocking, but so far they have not resolved my problem.

Cute but the camera quality is OK , I would go for the Pro

Horrible experience when coming to delivery, placed this item on order dec 26 and till this day it hasn’t arrived, order got damage through shipping and they send me a new one, but haven’t received it, was schedule to pick it up on Jan 6 and still out of stock… now gotta wait till Jan 11,

The color looks like a shade away from white..Literally! I think it’s a decent phone though!

Purchased this phone for my daughter for Christmas and after 6 months the camera and flashlight do not work. Took to Geek Squad to fix and they said it would have to be sent out and could take 2 weeks. Are you kidding me what a joke.

Good build quality. Very slow but works well if you want to use it for basic necessities

Absolutely terrible! Have had nothing but problems since purchasing in September 2024. Got rear camera fixed by Apple Store after Best Buy could not assist, and rear camera is again not working. This is the first IPhone ever purchased, and will be the last. For the price paid, I expected better quality than the $200 Samsung phones I typically get.

One I purchased my iphone, I went through 9 salespersons to try and get help to upload my information from my old phone to my new phone. I kept getting passed off. I finally walked out, and went to verizon and paid my 40 dollars for them to transfer my data. BestBuy, you def need to improve our customer service. It's rock bottom.

You can get these on eBay for like 30% off compared to bestbuy. Though they may not be new ots basically the same thing

When I placed the order it said it will be ready for pickup in 2 hours. It took a week before it was ready for pickup. When I called customer service they act like this is not a problem . The rating is for the customer service

The agent who opened credit card cheats on me he said i will get10% cash back but i bever recived it

Bueno le cuento que fui y cambien mi cell 14 por este 14 plus resultó que vino malo dure dos días peliando con mi compañía de cell asta que nos dimos cuenta que el plus estaba dañado y tuve que cambiarlo y ya gracia a Dios tengo otro plus y funciona super bien

Best buy always lies about when it will be delivered, after you buy something the delivery ends up being 3-5 days later then what best buy was saying to get you to buy it.

IT seems to be defected and it over heats and there is nothing being done.

I thought buying an Apple refurbished would be fine but wifi lags, battery does not seems new..
