Great phone

Paid for something new, received a used device.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an iPhone 14 Plus and received it on November 27th, I paid full price to receive a brand new device and I ended up getting shipped a device that had already been opened and had scratches and fingerprints all over the back, I contacted customer service and I received a shipping label to return it to UPS which I received a confirmation that was received on December 2nd. Yet, I have been told by previous agents that the reason why the replacement got delayed was because it was not in stock but looking online it clearly says it is in this store, and for several days now you guys have been telling me to wait “another 24 hours for an email confirmation to pick up the replacement” I am beyond frustrated and disappointed to have chosen Best Buy to make this purchase, you advertised something as new and sent me a used item for the price of a new one. They refused to waive the stocking fee at the Gainesville store on November 27th, it was the very least thing you could do after sending a used device. It’s December 3rd and the replacement is still “delayed”, customer service doesn’t do anything to help.

Awful - BestBuy sent a locked, unrestored iPhone

I paid for an unlocked iPhone, and Best Buy quite literally sent me a locked iPhone with a password. No wonder so many of the five star reviews are “incentivized reviews.” Clearly they didn’t even bother to open up the box and actually restore it. I have zero faith that any iPhones sold by Best Buy are actually refurbished whatsoever
