    It was a bad purchase. The phone was advertised as unlocked, but they sent it still locked. The previous transaction wasted my time and money because I ultimately had to buy another, slightly more expensive phone. When I asked if they could offer a small discount for their mistake, they simply said they couldn't because the manager wasn't there. I had already wasted so much time and money that I didn't want to argue anymore and left. Best Buy really needs to improve its quality control.

    I bought this phone thinking it was a great deal, well not even 3 months later the speaker is messed up and they want me to pay over $350 to pay to get it fixed because it only had 60 days warranty, so don’t go buy CERTIFIED anything from Best Buy, they don’t help. Very disappointed that this 1200$ phone didn’t last 3 months. They said you can pay or buy a new one, I don’t poop money. Very disappointing that I trusted Best Buy and Apple for that matter.

    This phone has same price as new but doesnt have the original charger, i got a different case but dont matter phone was fine, but charger is chip.

    Best buy charges $1000 for this iphone 14, youd think they could at least change the battery before they sell it so i can have it at 100percent health.
