Got this item to upgrade from my old 12 Pro Max. So far everything is working perfectly with no issues. The trade-in upgrade was seamless. I just had to go to ATT to have the ESIM activated since my 12 Pro Max had a sim card.

I purchased this iPhone 15 as a replacement for an old dilapidated iPhone SE. I am very pleased with this purchase. The customer service at the Best Buy in Melbourne was great. The service technician was friendly and professional. He even put on the iPhone screen protector for me. So far so good. Highly recommend.

The phone downloaded information from a prior phone very quickly and accurately. The letters are darker than the prior phone, which makes them easier to read. Sending photos with messages also is quicker. It is smaller than my prior phone, which makes a good fit in the pocket.

My iPhone 14 Pro had unfortunately died in 2025 quite suddenly. Heading to BestBuy I asked for the cheapest unlocked iPhone and this is what they had. Due keep in mind my phone use case is quite light, I spend 90% of my time on my MacBook Pro for work, so 2FA, messages and calls is all I really need my iPhone for. That being said, this device thus far is quite solid, love it. Great color, great battery life, good performance. I do miss the higher refresh rate my Pro had, but other than that I have absolutely no issues with this device .

The phone and performance are excellent. It was a gift to my wife, and she loves it.

iPhone 15 unlocked at Best Buy was a very good deal during the holidays. I really appreciate having the total tech which provides 2 years of Apple Care - which is a pretty good incentive. Phone has been working perfect since the new year.

The Apple iPhone 15 is a great phone that gets the job done. The screen is a bit smaller than my iPhone XR which was a turn off, but the camera on this thing is beautiful. Battery Life is also good too. Charges pretty quickly within 20 to 30min

My new IPhone 15 is in excellent condition. However, I am taking my time to learn all the new and different things on it. I had previously owned a Google Pixel 6a. I believe my new phone is much better and I look forward to using it.

I always found interesting buying at Best Buy. Such as my Insignia TV, my ps5, my IPhone, another Samsung and these 2 last iPhones were all great deal and huge satisfaction. Can’t wait to do more purchases.

Very smooth love the camera quality and overall looks

The phone was exactly as I imagined. I purchased it for my daughter's Christmas gift and she loved it, she's definitely an Apple girlie! Best Buy is just as good as purchasing from directly from Apple and always my first resort.
