Great price and service from Best Buy. When iPhone is on sale, must buy

gets too hot and hangs.everytime i drive in my tesla the wireless charging just makes it hard to hold this iphone.it feels like its gonna burst any moment.

Decent product but weirdly slow compared to other iterations of the phone.

I ordered an iPhone 15 but was sent an iPhone 14 instead. After weeks of calls, returns, and even buying another phone because I was leaving the country, Best Buy still hasn’t resolved the issue. The wrong phone I returned was sent back to me with a note saying I returned the wrong product—when it was the one they shipped me in error. Customer service has been confusing, unhelpful, and left me with extra charges and wasted time. Extremely disappointed.

A great phone at a great price. I like that this phone runs smoothly on iOS 26 and that this phone is comfortable in my pocket unlike some of the bricks that are being put out nowadays. Great battery life and the light blue color looks great. Wonderful camera and battery life!!

Received my package February 10th,2026 and my iphone15 box had NO phone inside. Contacted customer support sent in pictures and they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. So disappointed and will not be purchasing again through bestbuy!

Item returned phone was overheating when not in use!

I got a iphone from thd troy michigan location i take it home and there is no iphone inside only 2 weights with black tape in it.

Terrible, did not function properly. Speaker didn’t work. Then I exchanged it and same issue. I was told they’re “new” so I just decided to get a refund. They still charged me a restocking fee. Unbelievable. This definitely changed my view on Best Buy.

Tried to activate and transfer data at local Verizon store.Employees attempted this task but were not successful.They never ran into this problem.Returned phone to Best Buy and was refunded less a restocking fee for a defective device.Purchased a new phone from Verizon store with no problems.

Worst phone ever purchased. The 'swipe system' is the WORST "improvement" that Apple has ever made. My iPhone 7 [!] was much quicker and accurate ... it had a home screen button!!!

I've had iPhones starting in 2011 and have had no problems. This one was defective and I could not rely on it working. It was returned and my iPhone 8 reactivated. I later got a 15 from Verizon that has had no problem.

Great phone it just got stolen and now I really don’t want to pay it back

The sales people were going to charge me $100 to copy my phone data one number two they asked me to upload it to iCloud not knowing the phone has an automatic feature to back up to another phone. I did not buy the phone and I’m not gonna buy anything else from Best Buy either. Apparently, it’s gone downhill.

From my point of view I think it was a waste of money, the phone is too slow to be the 15th, my previous phone was the iPhone 11 and I still have it and it's better faster

This company is straight garbage. Sales associates telk you one thing to sell a product but when there is an issue they blame it on the customer! Will never shop at best buy ever in my life!!!
