    I regret trying to say some money. after four months, my phone went on SOS and apparently after going back and forth to places, Apple said my phone was reported lost or stolen. Now I’m going to have to get a new phone. just get a brand new one at the actual store or at ur network store. I am incredibly disappointed, Best Buy, Apple, and my network can’t do anything about this issue.

    Bought this iPhone 15 brand new the fall of 2025. It freezes up on a regular basis. It won’t let me swipe to answer a call. It won’t let me use the key pad. It keeps trying to delete my personal photo screen saver. I seriously detest this phone. Unfortunately, by the time I realized it was a pile of junk, it was as too late to return it. Kept it in my jeans back pocket for literally less than 5 minutes and it’s hot to touch. Looking at another brand. A waste of $700!!

    The phone is fine, The service to port the number was done incorrectly. The wrong number was ported and it took over 24 hours until tile Verizon store could fix it.

    I placed the order and ask for curbside pick up and apparently they gave it to somebody else so I wouldn’t know what the phone is like and refused to refund me or even help investigate where my phone went
