Difficulty with phone data trabsferl

I would say that the recent change from a SIM card to the present system requiring extensive hands-on manipulations to effect the transfer to data to a new phone is a real handicap to elders like my husband and I. It took almost a week and two rather long trips to phone offices to effector execute this change. We will think twice before we ever buy a new phone agai.

Good phone I think

I use it to listen to music all day and when I get home it's only at like 80% battery. I also really like the usb-c charging port, it's one of the reasons why I chose this phone.

New Phone, No Problems Yet

Went from iPhone 12 Pro to iPhone 15. Speaker is a lot better and charges faster. I also had a non-traditional carrier (Mint), so the unlocked iPhone made the process easier.
