Purchased this as a gift for my 12 year old daughter for her birthday. It was worth the money especially buying it refurbished. It’s basically like new and we’ve not had any issues with it. My only complaint would be the delivery as the driver dropped it off at the wrong apartment building and unit but he helped get it to me

I went in store to purchase this device and the service was great. It’s a brand new, sealed in box, unlocked device so I was very pleased. It works great, and I had no issue connecting to my network. I’d definitely visit Best Buy again for my future device needs.

The item was easy to get ahold of. Staff sat me down and talked the process through me. Financed it with my BB credit card. It's almost paid off already and I got cash back for it. Phone works well and was easy to transfer from an X. Newer iPhones used digital sim, so contacting providers to transfer your SIM to to a digital one is the biggest barrier.

This phone was a great buy, i guess blue is not the popular color but my daughter wrapped with whatever girls like to wrap them in so it did not matter. The price was so good that I bought two... one for her and one for her Mama ( AKA my Bride).
