Having complications with the camera and screen sensitivity.

I bought this phone on black Friday a month ago and the battery life on it was terrible I tried to return the phone and get a refund and even tried to exchange the phone and I got denied, never buy on black Friday all the electronics they sell are refurbished and or don't work. DONT BUY if on discount its better paying the extra hundred or two at your carrier.

Sales team is not transparent and misleading information is given at the time of purchase

Quality the camera resolution is poor. I wasn’t expecting iPhone 15 to have poor quality camera.

This phone is working great,the battery last long and the camera takes greats pictures.

Wonderful device. Very quick and easy to use! Straight out of the box and opening was very easy. FYI for those transferring data: ensure you are on a stable network as if it cuts out it may disrupt the transfer process. You may have to restart from the beginning of setting up the phone. Besides that it was such a cake-walk to set up. Would recommend.

Bought this phone for 639$ I’m pretty satisfied with IPhone 15 Cameras are good not at night time though The only drawback for me is battery life could be better

I’m literally at Bestbuy In Rockwall customer service nor geek squad can help me. I literally bought the phone Jan 2nd and it stopped working. The phone will drop sound in the middle of the conversation. They told me I had 2 weeks to return the phone. Seriously??? Nothing malfunctions in 2 weeks. So they instructed me to return it to Apple. Trash! Both departments completely useless. Open Box is just supposed to be opened not used. Don’t buy from Best Buy just buy a overpriced phone from your carrier.

This is aimed at “Best” Buy more so then the phone. If I could use my phone, then I would be able to properly review it, but “Best” Buy chose very deceptive and shady advertising tactics. This phone is NOT in fact UNLOCKED. It is “unlocked” as long as you have the specified carriers. Was I told any of this in person by any employee that it is “unlocked” as long as you don’t have any other cell service except for only 3 specific providers that’s compatible with their “unlocked iPhone 15? No. This is one you guys, not me. The only time I will ever step foot in another Best Buy is to return this unless they decide to not take responsibility for their false advertising and their deceptive definition of what unlocked truly means. I have literally been scammed by “Best” Buy.

NO Physical SIM. It's hard to setup the eSIM, even by scaning the QR code

Tried to buy the iphone 15 twice and it was canceled the same day it was supposed to ship both times, needed a new phone because i cracked mine and best buy couldn’t get it right
