Customer service terrible

Spoke to multiple customer service reps regarding order just to be fed false information and incorrect timeline. Had to reach out to headquarters (Minn.) in order to get the order that was placed on Black Friday a month after the fact. Worst Customer service reps in the retail business. Phone is what is expected of iPhone. Would just recommend buying from Apple or Service provider (Verizon, etc) over Best Buy based on experience.

They're basically the same except for the USB-C, the Dynamic Island! Yea ok! Battery life's identical too, so you won't notice a difference in daily use.
