the phone was in excellent conditions, battery at 100%, new charger, the box was included and it even had a screen protector already. The only thing is that it came with a password lock and I had to bring it to the local best buy to have it unlocked.

I’m so glad I was recommended to purchase my new iPhone from Best Buy! My old iPhone was completely unusable, and I needed a replacement quickly. Someone suggested Best Buy, and I’m so happy I went with them. My phone arrived very quickly, in perfect condition, and exactly as I ordered. Solid phone, came from an iphone 11 needing more storage and came out with a phone that gives me a similar experience with the storage i wanted and better processing! No troubles so far, associates at the store extremely helpful as well ordering the product for me, 10/10 experience overall
