After doing my research, I realized I needed an unlocked phone to use with any SIM card when I travel back to my country. I tried many stores near me, but none had what I needed. Someone suggested Best Buy, and I’m so happy I went with them. My phone arrived very quickly, in perfect condition, and exactly as I ordered. It’s working perfectly, and the entire experience was seamless. I will definitely purchase from Best Buy again!

I bought the phone as birthday gift and my wifes loves it she had it for almost a year now and phoen is working great no complaints or screen freezen like older model it doesnt over heat either for the price and the quality i would definitely would recommend buy the phone.

the phone was in excellent conditions, battery at 100%, new charger, the box was included and it even had a screen protector already. The only thing is that it came with a password lock and I had to bring it to the local best buy to have it unlocked.

I went from an iPhone 8 to the iPhone 15. I set the phone up myself, a non-techy person, and for the most part, it was very doable. I'm really enjoying the camera - photos are amazing!!
