This is the worst phone that I’ve had since 2009. So bad that I am considering a Samsung for my next phone, after having apple since 2010. It’s obvious that quality is not a concern anymore. Before purchasing this phone, my last Apple purchase was the AirPods Pro which had an array of problems that led to at least 4 Genius Bar appointments. Those who know, know that Apple will eat their own poop before admitting to a faulty product. So even Apple knows how bad it is because they gave me a replacement(without admission). Anyone that has had to deal with Support for any of their products, will know how hard it is to be taken seriously when, their behind closed doors “Diagnostic tests” say that everything is fine and normal in working order. Most of the proof I can show you is a screen record, so here is a picture of a nearly daily occurrence where my alarm is going off, but not making a sound. It was difficult to obtain sufficient proof of that since I don’t have another product to video and the screen record doesn’t record sound or the lack of. And IDK I’m no photographer but to me, the camera is no better than my last phone, 11 pro max

I really love this phone. It’s sturdy and gives enough features to practically do anything on this phone.

The camera is one of the best features of this phone and was a huge upgrade from my last phone. Other than that, the features are still the same, but it's still a great phone.

I had a below average experience with Bestbuy rep at store. However, overall phone is amazing and it does have a better battery time than my previous Iphone.

The new iPhone is awesome. Coming from a 12 Pro Max has been a game changer. If you are currently using anything older than the 14, it is worth the upgrade.

Great phone! Switched from Samsung Galaxy S-23 Ultra to I Phone 15 Pro Max due to the better security features. I used a I Phone 5 nearly 13 years ago and was a Android user for nearly 12 years due to ease of customization. However, Apple I Phone has improved the customization of the phone and added more features that the European Community requested ..... plus the From the Galaxy S20 to S23 no significant changes except processor and tweak of the camera and never used the S Pen; so I Phone was a way to transition back and no issues thus far!!!!

Really like the phone. Ive heard many say theyve been dealing with overheating but i havent really dealt with that issue. It charges pretty fast as well.

It’s an IPhone what do you expect. It works and battery life is excellent. If you want to customize your phone then this is not for you.

Upgrading from an IPhone 12 Pro Max because I had no other choice at this point after the “geniuses” failure to repair it 2-3 times now (hooray for applecare?) Still has many of the same issues- the algorithm for connecting to WiFi remains awful. It doesn’t choose the best connection in my home, it demands to be glued to one node making connectivity difficult. It does weird things with the keyboard disappearing and certain apps dying. Feels and acts similar which is tragic to spend this much money on essentially the same thing from 4 (5?) years ago. The USB-C is a nice feature but honestly we already have a ton of lightning cables and it would be silly to upgrade just for that. The faster refresh rate is cool for about 20 minutes until you get used to it. The “Dynamic Island” is hilarious. If Apple had put as much money into removing the notch instead of trying and selling this as a feature I’d imagine I’d have a solid full screen (which would have been worthwhile). The always on display is flat-out annoying and makes no sense unless you’re using your phone as a clock on a desk or nightstand. 9/10 if you check the time on your phone you pull it out of your pocket which automatically shows the screen anyway. The camera is better but I’m taking pictures of my kids a few times a week and a total of 3 selfies (with my wife or kids) a year. The old camera was fine and not worth the cost. Honestly just sad and I feel like an idiot for rewarding apple for mediocrity. If I wasn’t a coward I would have gotten a Samsung Fold which looks nicer, has a prettier screen, and more features. Is it a nicely made phone? Yes. Is it nicer than last year’s model (which my wife owns)? No. Is it that much better than the IPhone 12 to warrant an upgrade? Absolutely not (unless apple simply can’t figure out how to repair your phone).

Nice upgrade from iPhone 11 Pro. Would recommend for someone who likes taking detailed pictures

Upgraded from an 11 pro max. Love the usb c charging port. Love the dynamic island feature. Camera pictures, huge improvements. Overall great upgrade.

It works so smooth and slick, the graphics are amazing and the phone is fast acting. it’s definitely an upgrade from my Iphone 13. im so in love with it.

Daughter replaced her iPhone 12 with the iPhone 15 Pro max and what a difference, the HD quality is amazing in the photos, clear and jump out at you
