Tyler was wonderful, all while explaining everything in detail and handling the stressful and long activation process. I can't thank the entire Bestbuy staff enough for everything they've done and contiune to do to get us up and running. We will always purchase our plans and devices from a carrier at Bestbuy. Such a better experience than being in one of the carriers stores.

The video is outstanding as are the photos. Accessory’s are more difficult to find in stores than iPhone 14 product's.

Finally decided to upgrade

Other than that, phone looks and feels great and lighter in weight. I can definitely see some changes compared to the iPhone 12 Pro Max.

AT&T had really bad connection issues in our area. We really got lucky at BestBuy, because the phone's were actually in stock. We do love the phones, and it was very easy to transfer info from the 13s to the 15s. I also love the faster speed of my internet connection with WiFi 6E. The colors are also more vibrant on the display and when taking pictures or videos than the 13.
