Great Purchase , the camera updates work great!!!!

Love my new iPhone 15, big difference in the photos.

I purchased this device for my wife, and she loves it. The trade in value for the old phone was easy and transferring from one device to the new ne was a breeze. With the added capacity is also great she can store more pictures and videos

I bought this phone for my wife as an early Christmas present. She is very happy with it. Verizon was running a special where you could trade in your old phone and receive a $700 credit. Seemed like a great deal, except that Verizon is now refusing to honor the deal. Verizon is about to lose our business.

Best Buy made it very easy for me to upgrade from the 14 Pro Max to the 15 promax. Much better upgrade process and upgrading directly with Verizon, and they give you instant trade-in credit rather than breaking it up over three years on bill credits. Using the iCloud backup feature was very helpful as well.

I spent three and half hours with three different persons to activate the phone and get a 5G service network from Verizon. Also, the phone with titanium grey color heats up with prolonged use. Battery life is very good initially, but anticipated to fall with tie as with any other iphone. The phone was much hyped for a 5x zoom, but image quality is nowhere near the leading brand for taking jaw dropping pictures and video.

Works great. Worth upgrading if your a few years back. Faster more storage. Screens are already so nice the improvements are not, to me, worth the upgrade alone. I would recommend especially first time buyers.

Great customer experience. The techs had a bit of a problem getting some of my old iPhone data transferred over but got several techs invoked and got it done!

my husband was needing a new iPhone and we purchased this one and it has turned out to be a great phone so far.

The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and patient. He literally made the process and set-up the easiest and quickest I've ever had. It's usually a pain to get a new phone and transfer everything. He made it very easy and efficient! Love the type C best iPhone !

Great phone haven't had any issues for over a year now. Always been an Iphone fan and wont switch. Getting it at Best Buy with helpful staff was the best choice I made.

Recently purchased an upgrade from both Best buy and Verizon I have the same phone and it's going great however the ones are purchased from Best buy along with their wonderful screen protection installment just the service was much better

The phone is good, i wish there was more to the upgrade, but sadly this wasnt a big year for apple...

Took me a bit to get used to the iPhone coming from the Android system. I’ve gotten used to the differences and now and love my new phone!

Awesome so far! I live almost everything about this phone except for the battery life! It’s not bad but not great either; however, I still think this was worth purchasing it! It runs smooth and I love the always on display. I completely recommend this phone!

I upgraded from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Phone is similar, though jnot exact same size. Love the programmable button where the "silencer" used to be. I have mine set to Camera making it much easier to take selfies. Other features are worthwhile upgrades.
