Love my new IPhone and purchasing it through Best Buy takes all of the hassle out of trying to figure things out on your own or sitting on the phone for two hours making an on line purchase. Customer service in Ames Iowa is EXCELLENT!

I had the best experience with the sales girl Briana. She was kind, answered all my questions and seemed to be very knowledgeable of the products I purchased. I love my new I phone 15 pro max. Can’t wait to use the camera features. Love the titanium blue❤️

Gets kinda hot when playing some games but ok.....

To transfer my information from my Iphone 14 to the 15 was very frustrating. Lost a lot of information that didn't transfer. Lucky I didn't erase all information on my Iphone 14. I went back again to Best Buy to help me out. And still didn't transfer all my info. Ended up going to the Verizon store. They got all my information transferred. Not very happy! Took a lot of my time and frustration!

Let these ash holes complain that it’s similar to last year’s models, but these phones feel and function like a true premium piece of equipment. The curved titanium and matte glass are a dream compared to those stainless steel flat cabinet handles.

The only issue I have with this phone is that the battery drains really quickly. It was a problem I had with the 13 pro max, but only after 2 years. I just got this one a week ago and I didn’t expect the battery to drain so fast.

I am new to Iphone, I have had Samsung for many many years. Taking awhile for me to get use to it but overall I like the phone alot. Just a learing curve for this old goat !!

The new chassis material makes the phone more grippy. The pill is a cool experience. Its still just an iphone but if you enjoy iphones, you’ll want to upgrade.

A man named Carson helped me get this phone at the Best Buy in Shreveport and was absolutely wonderful one of the most helpful people I’ve ever had at Best Buy so much to the point every time I go in I ask for him.

The latest release is always the best Apple has to offer and iPhone 15 Pro Max is no exception. It just feels thin, Light, and super bright - love the magic Island, and it really shows off all the features in iOS 17.

Best phone yet. No problems whatsoever. I always purchase at Best Buy. Mainly because the the sales people are fluent in every way in what they’re selling. Plus purchasing thru them you receive the free Apple Care.
