Besides the carrier giving all kinds of trouble, the phone itself is fine.

Great phone it what been waiting for about a year now

Customer service was amazing, but the phone was far less than desired for being $1000. So far it’s been very glitchy and the battery is no better than my 4+ year old I phone 11

I will say that this was an experience I needed to have to learn how these big box stores create cash grabs during the holidays. They 100 percent got me in a situation I almost can’t get out of without paying them for their …not mistake…but scumbag business. I upgraded my wife’s IPhone on Black Friday for the promotion they were running for X amount off the new phone. I go and pick up the phone from the store and notice I wasn’t given a box or sent a label or anything for the trade in. Well I go in a couple days later and bring them the phone asking about the trade in and they straight up tell me that I don’t have one. Well I took a screen shot of the terms I agreed to with the trade in on line of $8.33 a month for 36 months for the new phone to make sure if anything happened I would be covered. Well today after having the sales rep tell me to talk to geek squad and them tell me to call this number that that number telling me to email this person and that person telling to to talk to store leadership and store leadership passing me off to a store employees or passes me back off to the same sales rep, who then makes a call and makes it sound like over the phone that I tried to come in days later with a trade I didn’t have online and try and get something for nothing…they tell me their is nothing they can do and that they can take the trade in now for $700 less then the Black Friday deal…. I had a screen shot of what I agreed to and they still wouldn’t do business the right way and did scumbag business to get a cash grab for the holidays. There is no telling how many people they did this too and I bet they made many millions off of just the restocks of $65 to return the phones. Buyer beware and I will never do business with Best Buy again and will tell everyone I know how they did this and hopefully 1 turns to 2, 2 to 4, 4to 8 until micro center is enjoying all the business they turned away with shady practices all for the all mighty dollar. Wish Circuit City was still going…

The phone is ok with one huge exception. There is no numb3r row above the letters. I REALLY like this feature on the android. Other than that the phone is ok.

Do not believe what the sales people tell you. I purchased an iPhone 15 Pro Max on August 20 because I needed a phone for an emergency. I wanted the 16 promax but they did not have it yet but the sales person told me that I would have 60 days to return it if I bought the total protection package, I did that and when I went to the store to try and return the phone today, they told me I only had 14 days to return it. If you read your receipt, it said on the bottom of the receipt. I went by what the sales rep told me, I looked at the total price for the phone and what I purchased and it matched so I paid the bill , I went in now on September 24 and the store only started getting the 16 promax is on 20 September. And was told that’s too bad my return time had passed. I could not get the 60 days that I was told that I could get I would not trust as I said before That the sales people tell you in that store in Hyannis Best Buy

This is my first iPhone ever and I thought I would love it. It's complicated to use and to navigate. Camera has poor quality

I have had this phone for less than 2 months now and it’s been a lemon half the time I don’t get calls or can’t make outbound calls. The screen got lines in it with minimal use. I took it to the Apple Store for repair and they said it was still under limited warranty and then told me they had to send it out for repair for a quality control check. They gave me a loaner phone iPhone XR. Which is super inconsistent because I use my phone for work and having to set up a new phone is not convenient at all. I would recommend getting apple care if you decide to get the phone. I never thought it would break in less than 2 months.

The phone is great. But, I am reviewing the whole process of getting it, the trade-in offer extended, and the fine print that has prevented me from receiving any trade-in at all for my old device. I cannot, with any sincerity tell people to buy a Verizon network phone. This phone was purchased on Black Friday, as a Christmas Gift, and because we did not activate it and start the trade-in process within 30 days of purchase I have missed out on the great trade in offer from Best Buy. PLEASE be sure to read the fine print of ALL terms and conditions, because Verizon does not care if it was a Christmas Gift, or when the phone was actually activated, but rather when it was PURCHASED, which is just wrong in my opinion. If you shop Black Friday sales, and expect to give a device as a Christmas gift, well, forget about the surprise, because the grinches at Verizon expect you to activate and send in your trade-in before Christmas! Learn from my mistakes, and loss of money, and do not let this happen to you. Verizon, SHAME ON YOU. I think I need to consider another carrier.

other then camera updates on the phone nothing more excited.I think most people sticking to iphone is just security and privacy.

Best buy dont sell unlocked phones before iphone 13 and had to buy through a cellphone company

I think it’s very hard to get used to !!! Especially when you’ve had a Android phone

It’s an upgrade from my 13 pro max but not necessary. Only upgraded for the trade in value

Nothing new over the last years model....so I am not too impressed..

I recently upgraded feom the iphkne 12 Pro Max to the new iPhone 15 Pro Max with Verizon. My family and I are really into the apple eco sytem; all of our electronic devices and our entire home is Apple. This is by far the most service issues that i have ever had on any device. My phone is in a no service SOS mode about 40% of the time. The phone power cycles and overheats when it is charged. I would 10 our of 10 not recommnd rhe device; if i wasn’t so far into the ecosystem, i would absolutely switch to Android. I have been very disappointed with this device. Its not worth $1,200. Apple really needs to work out these issues.

HORRIBLE experience. Bought Iphone here online because they had it sooner than Verizon. What a MISTAKE that was. The Iphone they sent cannot be activated by Verizon. Had two different techs help me out over two hour period. They blamed best buy. Now Im stuck taking it back and fighting them over a restock fee on an incorrect device!
