The 15 Pro Max zoom is excellent

I wish I could have gotten the pro since the max is large for my hands. But the zoom is a HUGE improvement to my 13 pro. I’ll take the bigger phone to have that zoom. I don’t notice too much else being different, however I fell and broke my hand and I was alerted in my watch and asked if I was ok. Great feature!!

Love my new phone

He was too outspoken regarding personal comments. He was not helpful. I had to transfer info on my own at home. I went back a few days later and even that rep did not make positive comments about (Jason) indicating the guy had no clue. Why do you have people working in areas where they are not knowledgeable. Worst experience I’ve had at Best Buy. For an electronic store… and having Geek Squad, why is your WiFi not top notch?

Battery and overheating issues

The camera is also a little buggy and Snapchat is not yet optimized
