Lots of settings that you will need to turn off. I wouldn’t call it an upgrade. Its battery life drains fairly quickly and there isn’t anything I say is a great feature. Liquid Glass is dumb. If I wasn’t fully Apple I would go to Samsung.

I am not tech savvy, but so far this phone has been easy to operate. I am still learning all that it can do. Most times I need to be shown. I need to get used to swiping up when before I had an 8 so I would just press the home button. and because there is an automatic camera button on the side, I sometimes push that when I don't want to.

I bought the apple i16 and brought it home to download all my stuff from my previous phone only to find out on my last step that my phone carriers not compatible because the phone was LOCKED. The website said very plainly that it’s unLOCKED and compatible with all carriers! Best Buy’s website is misleading. If you have Visible from Verizon like I do your out of luck trying to carry over your service to the new phone.I spent over three hours going back and forth with Best Buy’s customer service and with visible support. Visible service will not carry over to any phones Best Buy sells . After over three hours visible told me to return it and go to an Apple Store to purchase it. I did and everything went fine with my purchase from the Apple Store. Sorry Best Buy your advertising is totally false on your website !!!!!

I bought for my girlfriend the iPhone 16e and then change it for iPhone 16 with a better camera, everything was fine and smooth at the store.

Love the camera button on the side that brings the camera up at anytime. Great for what I use it for.
