I was moving up from an iPhone 12 to this iPhone 16, and I needed a lot of help, and I just have to say thanks to Jay and other staff there for all of their help and their patience with me! You all are THE BEST!

I received a better price from Best Buy than I did from the carrier. They had all the colors in stock. So no waiting on delivery. I will purchasing here going forward! Did I mention 24 months interest free. My carrier does it for 36 months. I told my family this is our new tradition
