Great quick service. Came into Bestbuy to purchase an Apple phone. I was desperate as I had just ran over my phone I'd had since 2018. I needed an unlocked phone for easy transfer. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and immediately showed me several phones. After we discussed the phones and my needs, I purchased the iphone 16!

I am not tech savvy, but so far this phone has been easy to operate. I am still learning all that it can do. Most times I need to be shown. I need to get used to swiping up when before I had an 8 so I would just press the home button. and because there is an automatic camera button on the side, I sometimes push that when I don't want to.

I love it I never wanted to let go of my IPhone 11 but when I got this one I am proud to say this was the best purchase all year!! It’s slim the color is soooo pretty and it’s like a computer in your pocket! Please get it if you haven’t

I was using Iphone XR before using Iphone 16. I am using this for couple months, and here's what I've found: The camera is extraordinary and the battery stands long enough. I would highly recommend this Iphone!

It is an iPhone. Great camera and screen. Powerful CPU, what more do you want. Getting it from bestbuy saves 30 dollars with some cashback is a nice plus

I love my new iPhone 16; I've been wanting to upgrade from XR for a while. The new phone has incorporated many new features.

Lots of settings that you will need to turn off. I wouldn’t call it an upgrade. Its battery life drains fairly quickly and there isn’t anything I say is a great feature. Liquid Glass is dumb. If I wasn’t fully Apple I would go to Samsung.

The phone was in perfect shape, no scratches or anything and it works very well. The camera is great quality and the battery lasts.
