    SIL needed a new phone so we went to BB to get pick one up and replace the old one. So far it has been a great improvement and as always, it was also a great experience with the staff. Super quick to help and they were able to narrow down the options she wanted and help her choose.

    the phone has a lot of nice features but i won't use all of them the phone is heavy and i have to switch positions at times because of it. i was warned by the salesperson but i didnt notice the difference til i was using it regularly i don't like the repeat spot and cancel options on the phone for my timers or alarms to closed together
