Great starter phone for my daughter with good parental control options

The service is fair-I am still learning it. It looks very pretty.

Phone looks great, but it came with the wrong cable.

I would recommend this product if you want versatility.

Would get 5 because this was the perfect gift for my wife needed a new phone only thing I didn’t like was it was 100 extra for it unlocked but if I had got a plan with AT&T or Verizon it would have been cheaper but we already have T mobile

I love my phone but hate the battery life it dies rather quickly

It said this device is unlocked but actually it’s locked and caused a lot of trouble when trying to add an esim in another country. Customer service no help on this and they said you have to ship the phone back to US to check. Waste a lot of money.

I purchased this item around the 25 of November, with a 1 day expected delivery date. It is now December 12 and other than a note of the delivery being cancelled due to "package missing components", I have not received any other communication of my order. And the purchase is still not refunded from my Best Buy credit card. I visited the store and they told me that they are not able to cancel the order since it is still in a "being delivered" status and has not been returned to the store yet. That was two weeks ago . So how is it going to get cancelled if it never returns to the store? I will not be buying anything else from Best Buy again EVER.

A lot of family an friends said switch from Samsung android to Apple iPhone, big mistake! Now stuck with iPhone or will have to take a big $$ loss. Samsung android was way more intuitive and far easier to use. Get the iPhone if you absolutely must have Facetime.

I spent hours getting what I needed and was told certain things, that are not true. I need to go back to the store for the fifth time, this time due to Verizon. As for the phone all is almost good except my Yahoo email will not work!

It's a good phone, but I expected a bit more technology for the price.

I had an Apple iPhone 6se. Decided to get a newer model. I don’t like a lot of the new features on the iPhone 16. Why change good things on old phones to new phones that most features don’t work right.

Bought for my son for Christmas. He opened it on Christmas Eve when I realized I didn’t get the ProMax and I meant to. I immediately chatted BBUY to exchange and pay MORE for bigger one. Nope…2 days past 14 day return/exchange period. It doesn’t matter that it’s Christmas or that we have spent thousands and thousands. Can’t expect a big box to give a crap.

Stopped working after one week. Brought it back in and Best Buy staff were rude and didn't want to replace their broken phone. I only had for 7 days.

This is a store review, not product rating!! Were lied to in the store and after the purchase. The store manager was very rude and kicked us out while arguing. I shopped here for over 30 years and was a card carrying member.

Since this was bought with a stolen debit card and Best buy did NOTHING to help me even though its your policy to check ID you guys just handing over expensive merchandise to people...prob cause your curbside guy in on it I think this phone sucks and so does Best buy

Best Buy is a joke. I ordered, delivery was cancelled. Had to call 4 times and wait over two weeks for a refund. Supporting these monstrosities only enable them to continue their pathetic ‘customer service’. Chose another retailer and things went just fine.

I was happy that BestBuy gave me the opportunity to purchase an “open box” product to upgrade my phone at a much more do-able price for me! The phone was in perfect order and like new! I love it. Also, I had lots of trouble setting it up and the employees at my BestBuy were fantastic and went above and beyond to solve the problem, better than Apple!

Loved camara and that color I recommend this phone
