Based of what I read I was under the impression that this phone had a camera like the 15 pro max and the way my wife described it that is not the case. On the plus side l the battery life is a lot better than the 13 that she previously had before.

Would get 5 because this was the perfect gift for my wife needed a new phone only thing I didn’t like was it was 100 extra for it unlocked but if I had got a plan with AT&T or Verizon it would have been cheaper but we already have T mobile

It's a good phone, but I expected a bit more technology for the price.

I purchased this item around the 25 of November, with a 1 day expected delivery date. It is now December 12 and other than a note of the delivery being cancelled due to "package missing components", I have not received any other communication of my order. And the purchase is still not refunded from my Best Buy credit card. I visited the store and they told me that they are not able to cancel the order since it is still in a "being delivered" status and has not been returned to the store yet. That was two weeks ago . So how is it going to get cancelled if it never returns to the store? I will not be buying anything else from Best Buy again EVER.

A lot of family an friends said switch from Samsung android to Apple iPhone, big mistake! Now stuck with iPhone or will have to take a big $$ loss. Samsung android was way more intuitive and far easier to use. Get the iPhone if you absolutely must have Facetime.

Bought for my son for Christmas. He opened it on Christmas Eve when I realized I didn’t get the ProMax and I meant to. I immediately chatted BBUY to exchange and pay MORE for bigger one. Nope…2 days past 14 day return/exchange period. It doesn’t matter that it’s Christmas or that we have spent thousands and thousands. Can’t expect a big box to give a crap.
