    Great service at Best Buy at Mission Valley. Product was handled to us in the original box and we had the opportunity to unboxed to check everything was in perfect conditions before paid for the iPhone.

    Brought this for my sister-in-law which she goes overseas frequently. Had to be an unlock vs contract phone being that she can use different phone providers. I brought the same phone for my mother-in-law, so the setup is extremely easy however Iphone 14 and above are esim only (no longer use physical sim cards). Just do your research for esim before you buy it.

    Got the phone with no trouble had someone named Bella really help us out and went out of per way to help us with contacting the bank to pay for the phone great customer service and great. Best Buy will come again.
