    This review is about cashcheck policy returning the money. Im waiti g for the check around 20 days and i have no ide what time i ll receive my money. There is no other option than one they force you to take and there is no time limit. Bestbuy is playing with your money for a too long and not taking any consecvences. If there is an email with up menagment for custumer support i would like to write my review to them as well

    I bought the phone and they lost it during delivery. Now they're not taking responsibility and won't give me my money back or send me a replacement phone. I've been scammed.

    i bought this phone online and it was supposed to be unlocked and i came in store to exchange it for an unlocked phone and it was still locked .

    Best buy is a lie. The phone was not unlocked and they simply deny the possibility of changing for an unlocked one. Disaster. I will never ever buy anything again in this place.
