It was super slow and ran very hot, often freezing up, so I returned it for a refund. I definitely don't recommend this one, and I'm a long-time iPhone owner. I wouldn't get another iPhone 16e, even if it were free.

This product seems to be one of the worst product Apple launched in the market. They need to straighten up their marketing strategy following SWOT analysis.

I wish I could review the phone but FedEx delivered it somewhere else and has closed the case. Best Buy showed the delivery status in process for six days after the phone was supposedly delivered by FedEx.

Not a good value for the money. Go with the air or the 17 PRO for the little extra money. You won’t be disappointed with one of those but the 16e is a good beginner phone or first phone for a child perhaps but that’s about the best I can say for that particular phone.

I am extremely disappointed with Apple and Best Buy’s handling of holiday purchases. Do not be fooled into thinking the holiday season means extra flexibility. If you buy an iPhone, you are locked into a rigid two‑week return window—no grace period, no exceptions. Membership status offers zero benefit, and even attempts to upgrade your phone won’t help. This policy is unacceptable during the busiest shopping season of the year. Customers deserve better than being trapped by arbitrary two week deadlines. Apple and Best Buy have chosen profit over fairness, leaving loyal customers frustrated and stuck. Consider this a warning: if you purchase around the holidays, you risk being left without options.

This was a fraudulent order. We reported it to BestBuy staff and requested the order not be delivered. We told you we had reported it to police, and BestBuy still delivered it to the criminal who ordered it. We did not order or receive the product.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter..but its a basic phone and she dont like it ..so I have to return

Not a great iPhone to own due to less features. The regular iPhone 16 and newer are better because for example, they have the side camera button and more rear cameras.

I had to return after about 8 days of owning it. It repeatedly froze, went black, back to logo screen and rebooted every 3-5 minutes. The customer service rep told me this was a known issue with the 16e so I am unsure why I wasn't warned about it by the sales rep.

Best Buy does not inform Customers that these phones are carrier locked. After purchase buyer will get to discover and they will not help in anyways. Very bad experience I have

The phone was horrible from the time we turned it on return same day.

Ordered online which was super simple to navigate and then picked up my item in store the same day. Item works great with no problems.
