    Very nice phone. It was on sale allowing to be able to purchase it. I also have a friend who offered to assist me to learn how to use the phone. I am full of sorrow that Best Buy is nolonger in the customer service business. You know the customer's needs were a consideration. I am so sorry that as a person I have little value. Thankyou so much the powers that be Best Buy

    AFTER some initial training/orientation, the phone is working well. Screen a bit larger than previous (iphone SE). Action button is a nice tool. Price more than previous phone but not outrageous. Still learning, but seems like a good phone for a moderate user.
