Bought this for my daughter's bday. Strictly wifi use only. This version lacks the ability to send messages without service. BUT found a nice app that let's her call and text her friends over wifi.

My daughter is 11 and this is a great phone for her. She is happy with it and it works great for what she needs. Since she is 11, she does not need the newest technology.

I was looking to buy a straight talk phone until i discovered that total wireless uses Verizon towers and is owned by Tracphone.

Phone meets all his expectations, especially going from iPhone 5c to iPhone 6.

This phone is still being used and it’s in great condition I would recommend this to any parent that wants like a beginner phone fir their child

It was a pain to try to get it activated since the person on the other end didn't speak English very well. I had to go back to the store to get help activating it.

We got great service purchasing the phone. After we found the phone they helped us get a Best Buy card. The phone is new and works well. This was a good purchase

I Phone 6 with Total Wireless is great for a new cell phone user. Best Buy sales rep was very helpful!

love iphone but not the network it works on. only reason i exchanged it for the at & t pre-paid

I used to have an IPhone 5. When a got this one I could see that de touch is easier than in de 5. I really like that it has more space memory too.

This was the perfect option for my tween children. Prepaid plan is an excellent choice for our family.

This is a great phone, but you can't bypass TOTAL wireless at all so don't bother unless you want their service!

Iphone is the best. I needed a simple and user friendly phone and there was nothing to think about anything else except Iphone.

Bought this for my son for a Christmas present. Opened today and doesnt even work. The screen will just turn black or go white. Then I notice it is past the return date but was a Christmas present. Ruined my sons Christmas. Will try to take it in tommorow. If BestBuy won't work out a return since it was a gift and not opened until Christmas I will never shop their again.

Bought this for a child. This was a good beginner apple phone for them.

Great phone; however. It is activation server locked to Total Wireless and requires 12 months continuous paid service to unlock. No Alaska numbers available but will work with Verizon LTE towers in Anchorage. Plan does not allow call forwarding or hotspot.

Awesome phone for my 9 year old. Great service, cheap plan, what more can you ask for? This product/provider combo is a YES YES
