I guess I was used to Android. I just did not like the iphone at all. I encountered it to be very difficult. I traded it in for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and I'm so glad I did. I love this SAMSUNG. I guess maybe it's just personal preference.

used to be easy to unlock and use as a prepaid phone with any sim chip, on any network, however now, Total Wireless messed with the CDMA chip and does not allow for unlocking, so you can only use on TW network

You cannot use this for any other carrier. They say you can call them, etc. but NO. I understand, but don't be hopping that it will work; you are just wasting your time to try and unlock it.

It's a start for son. He always wanted a iphone. Friend broke his first one. But this a new beginning. Fri him. Now he need a good job.. But looking for better for him.

I prefer android. This one button in middle is not enough. I don't like that if I misspell a word I have to erase it because the cursor won't go to the middle or beginning of the word.

IPHONE broke is 3 days. Went off never came back on. Had to return to Best Buy, unfortunately there were no more in stock or available for shipping. I lost the $35 card that I bundled with the phone due to no replacement phone available and card being nonrefundable. I due not recommend at all. If it comes available just run away.

A issue happened after I used the iPhone about two weeks. The Phone screen is out of control.And this issue leads me to typing incorrectly. I thought it was a used items if I don’t saw the order again. I don’t have any other phone,So I still use it right now.sometimes,it makes me angry,and I even wanna to throw it away.

I purchased this phone and it came without a SIM card. I purchased a BYOD SIM card somewhere else assuming that it would work to activate the phone because of Best Buy's mistake. It has been 18 hours since I tried having my number ported over to Total Wireless and my previous carrier phone is not inactive. I called earlier to find out that the SIM card I purchased separately cannot be activated with this Total Wireless phone that failed to come with a SIM card in the box. Why is this the case? According to a representative on the phone, I would be without cell service until Tuesday or Wednesday, which is absolutely unacceptable. If I had known all of this would've transpired, I would've never left my original carrier. ON TOP OF THAT: I originally ordered this online Tuesday to arrive Thursday (yesterday). My order wasn't updated until Thursday to have it be delayed. Apparently, it's been backordered everywhere and Best Buys around me have their inventory screwed up so I can't get this resolved. This is the last time I purchase anything from Best Buy. You lost a loyal customer of many years. Don't follow this listing guys, just do it straight through the carrier.
