I hadn’t used the phone for a month and I was having problems with it. I would have returned it however, I purchased it in June and didn’t use it until July.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone logs me out of apps when I’m in the middle of using it, the phone turns white and black, I can’t answer my FaceTime calls or sometime I can’t make FaceTime calls, I would of returned it but I didnt start using it until a month after It was brought,because it was a Christmas gift, I’m just so disappointed it’s a waste of money don’t buy!!!

Excellent overall smart phone value

I actually like Total Wireless, sister company. Pros: Great overall, I am glad I went with this 4.7" vs SE 4" screen, my eyes are not the best. Cons: I wish the battery life was better, but I don't have a data plan on TW, and I shut off all background apps, wifi and bluetooth when not in use, so I can get a full week with two full charge cycles, I would go with this iphone, it is a great value and in some cases less expensive than Andriod cross over smart phones.
