Love this phone. Upgraded from 5s and did the upgrade in size. Much much much better than the 5s

Service at Best Buy is our main reason for shopping there. The staff is not on commission and therefore not trying to sell as many as possible as fast as possible. They want to make sure to help you any way they can. We have bought all of our TVs and electronics at Best Buy and plan on staying with them. I just bought a Laser printer and will look to them for all future requirements. Wish they would come to Mt Pleasant, SC.

This phone is awesome. I love the gold color and it has a great deal of memory for multiple apps.

The fingerprint scanner is mind blowing in its speed. The Clairity of photos is excellent. The only drawback is a battery that fails to match up to the needs of the moderate smartphone user.

WIth all o ft he apps I use, I need the extra memory, this has it all!

For a 128 gigabyte phone i expected faster response time... The phone lags or freezes up momentarily. Also my email started loading up to my junk mail for some resaon
