I love my iPhone 7, it's such a vast improvement from the old, derelict, ancient iPhone 4 that I upgraded from. (Yes, I said iPhone 4, not a 4s, a regular ole 4.) My shiny new iPhone 7, complete with its super adorable glitter Otterbox case, was even kind enough to not only store the appointment, but notify me when the Smithsonian was due to arrive on my doorstop to collect my iPhone 4 for their collection. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend - especially if you need to upgrade from an outdated model. Say, an iPhone 4, perhaps?

Finally upgraded from iPhone 5 to iPhone 7 and still not sure what took so long; I love this phone and its features. Just took some pics of the eclipse and was amazed by the quality and definition. I like the screen size, which is smaller than a tablet to manage, but larger than the 5 without being cumbersome. Also I'm sure I have more apps than necessary at this point, but love that I don't have a "not enough space" warning every time I'm in the App Store!

I like it a lot just miss the aux port. Miss the button also, but they added a vibration you can change to heavier or lighter vibrations when you push where the button used to be. So it feels just like the button without pushing it in. A lot faster than my 6s was and the cameras a lot better also.

the iPhone 7 has more bells and whistles - this phone is much easier to use too - it is easier to download apps and search for things while I am out shopping the speed is much faster! and the clarity of the pictures is definitely much better - and the battery seems to last much longer which is great!!! I purchased my iPhone at the best buy in martinsburg, wv and by far the best customer service EVER!!!! I will definitely go back there . . . . .

My mom loves the user friendlyness to all of the iPhones she ever had including this one. She is happy...I am happy. She isn't a techy, so she doesn't use the phone to its full capacity, but because she is an exercise instructor for her kids at a school that she works at...she likes to have the music at her fingertips. This is the iPhone7, not the iPhone7 plus. She feels the size is perfect for her. I made sure it was hooked up to her iTunes account on my computer & her iPad Mini are all under one icloud ID.

I was a little unsure of buying the iPhone 7 because of the headphone jack being removed. That’s the only downfall. I love the camera and the water resistance. Great upgrade.

Christmas gift to my mother that is 71 years old. She had no problem learning how to use the phone nor did she have any problem with setup... she loves the camera

This phone does the job... It has a nice design, takes great clear pictures, and meets all my needs. I am happy with this purchase - all good.

With better features than the previous iPhones, and keeping up with current technologies in the camera and speed department, the iPhone 7 is a no brainer. 32 GB is more than enough for the average person. Once you get this phone though you will probably have to upgrade your iCloud since the free 5GB is just not enough to back up your phone securely.

This color and size was perfect for a gift for my mom. She had 16gb before this so I knew that 32gb would definitely be enough and was lightweight, perfect color gold and the new features were amazing. Only down side is the charging/headphone jack where you can only do one or the other not both at the same time as in previous iPhones.

Went from iPhone 5s to this. Way faster, bigger screen and more storage space. Always kept in otterbox defender case. The camera takes great pictures, the screen streams crisp images, the 3D Touch is cool, and the stereo sound is impressive to all I show. No complaints about the phone. Now about the service from sprint..........? Haha

This is my second I phone so far so good like the picture it takes and the light weight and fits in your hand

My last phone was a 5s so I was in definite need of an upgrade. The larger screen and faster processing is really appreciated and well done. The new tactile touch took about a day to get used to but now I enjoy it. The camera Is better the touch screen is smoother, I'm really enjoying my new phone.

I updated my wife's old iPhone4 with a new 7, against her wishes. She was perfectly fine with the old one, but it the measly mem capacity prevented even updating the iOS. Mostly it is good, crisp graphics and screen, fast processor providing good response. Good sound with the forward firing stereo speakers. The sound from her iPhone 7 kicks the heck outta my S6 Sammy's single speaker firing out it's rear. She was already familiar with iOS, so I thought it best not to changer her over to Android. I gotta say though, the 3G, antenna and reception is terrible compared to her old iPhone 4. Now that she has 4g capapbility, it would be nice to get that signal, but she doesn't. My sammy picks up Sprint's 4G LTE well at least outside our home, on the front porch, or rear patio. Inside, sketchy. Her's wont grab the 4G LTE signal from Sprint in our rural area, at all. Pretty disappointing.

I am new to the iphone 7 after using the samsung galaxy for many years. This is a great phone! The battery lasts all day and don't need to recharge it during the day and I'm on it all the time. I love Siri and how it can open apps like waze while driving and can call people in my contacts. Photo's are incredible! Took a little time to get used to how it worked after being an android user for many years, but happy I switched. My only complains is not having a separate headset jack, but since the battery has been lasting all day, it hasn't been an issue yet and the calendar doesn't show the whole month at a glance like the samsung and just has a dot so you can't see your schedule unless clicking each day or week.

Purchased this phone because my son wanted to switch back to the Iphone after having a Samsung S6. Did not want to pay the price for the latest 8 version and found this great deal on the Iphone 7. Also did not want to do a lease. Sprint offered a $10 loyalty credit for me to upgrade so now I only have to pay 6.67 a month for 24 months and I will own the phone.
