It's a new Iphone and nothing wrong with device. The problem is customer service unfortunately. I spend 6 hours to finish paper work and verifying process. The representatives need to know how to guide the customers if you didn't present the proper documents

Love the camera and new features. But absolutely hate the sensitivity on this phone. Barely push the home button and it unlocks. Trying to turn on the flash or select something it takes several tries.
