This charger worked great for about a month, then it wouldn't charge. Not sure what happened, but my child changed phones so it wasn't going to be used anyway. Very expensive for how little it worked,

This is a great case. Spend the extra money and purchase this over the other available cases on the market. Durable case that should last for a long time.

I love this case. It just works. The lightning connector is the best. I can plug it right into my bedside clock radio dock. No need to do anything, it just works!!

I have had it two weeks and I have not yet run out of battery on any one day. It was a great suggestion by my Best Buy sales associate. If you can find it, get it!

The phone case works fine, provides enough battery for the day. You'll find cheaper cases that will last longer. The case also gets dirty very easily.

Having used many charger cases over the years, Apple's version seems to be the best one I've used so far. Just the fact you can use the lightning cable makes easy to use in life. It's expensive but recommended.

Just what I was needing. I had to ditch the Otter Box to get past lunch on a charge, not disappointed.

I gave my dad my old one and he used it soo much it was dead so I got him a second one and he loves it great for the bike rides cross country

My phone was losing charge without even being used bought this and saved me from having to pay hundreds for a new phone.

Looked at a lot of battery cases and this is the best for the iPhone. Feels great and you have no need for extra cables. Uses the lightning cable.

hello superstars, I really wanted to like this product it just felt so strange in my hand and then especially with the odd shape… I thought it would be nice or because then you could really grip it but the odd size difference really makes it more difficult in the silicone slipperiness just really felt weird in my hands anyway. This case reminded me back in the day when cell phones first adapted to extended battery packs: remember those old little bitty Samsung flip phones?… I kind of miss them but I would be lost without the new technology of Apple and everything else. Mophie is what I use.

I got a iPhone SE and this battery case is perfect cause I use my phone all day. Only issue is that it is difficult to put on and take out the case.

The product is working well fpr my son's phone. If it wasn't, we would have heard that it wasn't. Good purchase.

This was "no brainer" decision. It's apple, uses the same plug plus it was sleek and feels good in one's hand. A bit pricey but hey, it's Apple.

High quality but the thin silicone outer layer has started to peel off from excessive use pulling in and out of pocket.

Shipment was lost because of bad weather over the East Coast... called Customer Rep, she overnighted the replacement. Two thumbs up for Best Buy services.

Made by Apple so it can be Trusted. I do wish it had more mAh but it does the job to be sure I don’t need to charge through out the day.

Easy to use especially not having to change to a micro USB like other Charging cases Great durability only complaints the robber wears out from sliding in and out of your pocket very fast at least in my opinion (loses its nice finnish) and second complaint is that it disconnects and reconnects if you set it down on any hard surface ( for example putting it down on the counter when you get home from work ) went to Apple they replaced it at least four times problem persisted every exchange immediately seems like a quality control issue
