this thing broke on me after about 4 months of normal use.

Great cover with attached battery. Only issue....no hole to plug in headphones.

case too slippery when holding . the soft silicone coating wore off in less than one week.

Would be better if you could turn on and off. Other than that it works just fine.

It fits iPhone 8 but did NOT let me play music through the lightning cable.

I needed to return and get another one as the first purchase died in 2 months

Case does everything you need however there isn’t a way to turn the case on or off.

This battery did not keep my phone charged for more than 6 hours. If I do not use my phone, it would keep it charged for 12 hours. I purchased this battery to make sure my phone did not die during my marathon and I lose my data. The instructions for the battery pack said it would last for 24 hours when phone is not in use, and 22 hours when listening to music. This battery did NOT meet or exceed the time limit given. After 6 hours of using the garmin app and NOT listening to music, the battery was at 17%. This was after both phone and battery was charged at 100%. I ONLY use Apple products for my phone, so this way I know my phone is fully charged and not showing 100% when it’s not because of the use of third party products. For the price, I was very disappointed with this product.

good case. one of the best case. works well with iphone.

It was a great concept but a failed product. Or at least the one I received. Even with the 1 year warranty on my side Apple was slimy enough to deny a replacement. It’s how they’ve got so rich, robbing their loyal customers. I wish I went with the cheaper other brand because my “smart” case is anything but that. I need to take my phone out of the case to charge both devices. Otherwise one or the other gets a partial charge or a full charge but not the other component. Defeats the whole purpose. Best Buy from whom I bought it from was as useless as Apple

Not best item , could be better , it is ok incase of no power.

however, it makes looking fat. Not even slim at all.

It's one of the few cases where you still keep the lightning connector which is a plus but where they miss the boat is its an opportunity to give people a regular phone jack or give us two lighting ports so we can connect a charger and a headset.

Big flaw. Previous case had a switch so I could decide when to engage battery recharge and flex between phone battery and case battery which extends life of both. This auto reverts to case battery immediately.

Case was great while it lasted. About 2 months in started dying and never charged back up. Case died and it on me and hasn’t worked since.
