I like it ok. its a phone and it calls. It is bigger than my last iphone so I am getting used to that.

Upgraded from an iPhone 7. iPhone 8 is a good upgrade with more memory. Got great service from Best Buy

Since it's still an iPhone, most of the features and functions work similar to before but the speed and new features are great. It's a bit bigger than my 5C which causes issues when I carry it in some pants pockets - doesn't fit as well and I have to put it in my purse.

This is my first iPhone, I have always had androids in the past. I was told it would be a big change, but I haven't had too many problems figuring things out. I'm happy with the purchase so far. Everything is geared towards iPhones and I thought I'd give it a try.

I got an SE when it came out. Worked great. First time I broke a screen. Got a used 6S, and it was great until Indy got the VZW 5G service. Could not stay connected to the network. Had to do something, and a 'back to school sale' got me to the 8. Best phone so far.

I had an iPhone 5 since 2010 and I didn’t think I needed to upgrade. I am glad I did because this phone is easy to use and the features are wonderful. I can now update the apps that my older software could not access. I am a happy camper!

The salesperson at Best Buy was very good. He sold me this I phone 8 and helped me program it transferring from my I phone 6, put the Zagg protection screen on for me, and told me where to find a new case. He was going to help me reset my old iPhone 6 so my husband could use it. His shift was over at 5pm, he stayed with me until 5:45. My phone, so far, is working fine. not much different from the 6. We will get help for the 6 when we have time

When I got this it felt to me that this was the sweet spot between the new features and price. I'm hoping to get many years out of this device and so far so good, I'm optimistic about it. Previously I've only used Android devices. I'm happy with the iPhone 8.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s, and let me tell you that it was worth it. I got tired of getting "storage is full," and now I do not have that problem. Also, the pictures come out crisp and sharp. I love the DND feature while driving, which I did not have in the 6s.

Great iPhone that my wife loves do the size and ease of use of it. Extremely durable with a very nice screen. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new phone without having to get the latest and greatest.

Great phone and better battery life than previous models. Didn't need Face ID, but overall great phone.

A couple of days after buying the phone, i told my daughter I was glad my old phone got broken and I had to buy a new one. The IPhone 8 is worth the expense!!! Everything works perfectly with no force...sleekly! I’m enjoying more Apps on the phone now! Love the gps!

I had the iPhone 6 and was hesitant to get the 8 since it didn't have an audio jack. I have had no issues. With my car having usb and bluetooth, I haven't had to use the adapter than came with it. Love the feel of the new home "button". Apple is quality!

I am so glad i upgraded. My last phone was a 5s. big jump

I might be bias since I have been partial to Apple since I was seven, but I am happy with the speed and quality of the iPhone 8. I cannot say anything bad about this phone except that I wish it were waterproof- a flaw easily fixed with the addition of a case.

Can’t beat the utility and ease of the iPhone if you’re a regular user/abuser! Fits all the same accessories as the 6 but with the exception of no headphone jack...you’ll need Bluetooth compatible ones or the adapter that goes in the charging slot.

I am an iPhone fan because it has stable operating system but behind in technology, no innovation. I replaced my iphone 7 Plus with iPhone 8 because I want smaller phone and easier to grip and can type with one hand. It is more like a phone although I missed the larger screen when I watch a movie. I do not want iPhone X, face recognition is not my favorite.

I had a Sony phone (pretty old) and although it still worked, it was time to upgrade. What an upgrade! I love the iOS and its capabilities. I should've switched a long time ago. I guess the only drawback is the price but it's worth it.

I reluctantly surrendered my iPhone 6S for the newer iPhone 8. I have been nothing but impressed with the new phone. The speed is great, and the battery life is very good. I am happy I upgraded, and the associate at Best Buy made the process so easy!
