Great so far and zero issues. My son was super excited to get his personal phone at the age of 8years old.

It got here on time and the phone works great for a refurbished phone.

Delivered ahead of schedule and exactly as expected. I was kind of worried with this being the first refurbished item I have purchased, but everything is working great!

Product was stocked locally. Easy pickup. I prefer to only buy refurbished iPhones, and this one is in “like new” quality. Looking to purchase a second one for a family member shortly.

the phone served the purpose of getting data transferred from one Apple product to another. The pre-owned phone is in great condition.

Pretty decent phone. I have an iPhone 14 Pro and am jealous of this phone. I have this to my son. Over all a great phone. Looks amazing too.

No blemishes on the phone. Clean and shiny! Although I haven't owned it very long and have yet to have a session with someone more savvy about these things, it seems to work fine. At only 64GB, it is double my old phone which I never had an issue with but I'm asked repeatedly if I wish to buy more storage. I would recommend to friends/buy again.

This phone did not work past 2 weeks from purchase. The phone isn't compatible with any service providers besides Metro PCS. Then when the SOS issue happened with T-mobile/Metro the phone will not work under ANY service providers. I have called Best Buy countless times but cannot speak to a live person due to their AI phone system preventing any transfers. So essentially i wasted $200 on a phone that niether Apple nor Best Buy is willing to fix or even discuss with me what my options are. My opinion, dont but a used/refurbished phone from here. There's absolutely no help if their product doesn't work. There's no refunds or exchanges either. Shop at your own risk!

Bought this phone for my son because his old device couldn’t run updated iOS or apps. We updated the phone and with nothing installed this phone lags so bad it is basically useless. Do not buy this phone if you are wanting even a halfway decent experience.

Broke my new phone so had to buy this until I can upgrade. Its cheap and that's the selling point. Performance is slow as should be expected for such an old device versus current ones

I’m learning with this phone and enjoying the way it works. No issues and taking steps to make sure all goes smoothly. For the price Yes even better.
