Call then to see if we pick a phone up from the store and they told us they didn't have it in store I'd have to order it online, I would get the phone the next day though so we were happy or so we thought. I saw that they had it going to the wrong apartment number so I called them back later that day and talk to him about that come to find out it wasn't going to be delivered for five more days and we needed it the next day the guy I talked to you lied to me saying I would one day shipping. So after 2 hours on the phone with them being transferred from one to another person finally talk to somebody and they said they can cancel the order and they refund me my money and we can go back to the store and just get it that day so we said sure. Come to find out they didn't refund my money like they said they didn't. I found out the next day that my bank account had not heard of any money coming back so I called Best Buy again just to have them lie to me again saying that the money would be back as fast as the bank will let me get it. That was also why. I later found out that they have a 7 to 10 day waiting period for refunds. After talking to a lady for an hour the next day she had helped me by letting me know that they didn't cancel the order they didn't have that option and they were still sending it to my apartment complex but to the wrong apartment number. They said they would switch it but they never did. Then they told me that I just have to catch him before they deliver it to the wrong place or call UPS and see if they can deliver to our apartment and not the other person's. Which didn't happen. Very disappointed hours of my time wasted just to be lied to you by several people from a company that you think would be in the top of customer service. I won't be shopping here anymore

Got this iphone for my grandfather, and it works great only uses contacts and phone but the battery lasts all day, only thing was the staff wouldnt let you check battery percentage before purchasing. had 83% battery life

I purchased this preowned phone and the battery is dead. I spoke to customer service and they won’t replace the battery they told me to return it within 14 days, but I’m out of town and don’t have the packaging to return it. They refuse to help otherwise, just keep saying return it understanding full well I cannot until I get back home. What a rip off of a loyal total care member smh.

Phone works fine, except for the battery usually overheats after about 10 minutes of constant usage

It’s a great little phone and the battery was %100 to my surprise. Works well on a charge a day with constant use on vacation. Dual esim and all. Perfect travel phone.

Good phone. The camera is not the best, but it is to be expected with a 2020 model.

iPhone SE is perfect for my son. It’s a lot faster than his 7 was. He just had to switch the SIM card and his iPhone 7case fit the new phone. Highly recommend this.

The advertised phone was a newer version. This phone doesn't have 5G and you're unable to download some apps due to how old it is.

I use it only for the music library since Apple is no longer selling the Ipod Touch. I don't really know about the other phone programs.

Although this is an older generation it’s probably one of the last generations of iPhones left that you can still use without some sort of software issues, for now. This phone also has the legendary button so what’s not to like.
