Used Phone was not properly cleaned

The volume of incoming calls could not be adjusted as the area on the phone was not cleaned. Phone was replaced and is working well now.

Pre-owned battery doesn't hold charge.

This device does not hold a charge and it just happened to stop working about 30 days after receiving the device, just outside of the return period. Shady sale, and of course no option to return. Save yourself the money, buy new.

Bad iPhone refurbished

I am not at all happy about it but I guess you can expect something with a used phone. I also waited like a lil over a week to get it. slow shipping
