    2 bad phones. Be prepared to replace the battery!!! Now the phone worked fine for my son.

    I purchased this phone for work since I don't want to use my personal cell phone number for incoming calls and VOIP service isn't all that great. This is a great phone that's done its job for almost a year, and I haven't had any issues! I realized how much I miss having a tactile home button, and I wouldn't mind if Apple brought this back.

    It's a nice phone. I wanted small but now I do feel it's a tad too small. A And with no manual or info of any sort, and being my first iPhone, there is a learning curve. Not everythijng easier than Android!

    Box had everything I needed to get started. As far as Best Buy ensuring pre-owned item was good quality, I am very happy. Not a scratch or mark and battery was 100%. I did an online order and item was ready for pickup when I got there. This item meets the exact need I had, and I got a sim card for Tello which works flawlessly.
