It loads all the same apps as my iPhone 6. I just don’t like the size. It is too small. I wear glasses and the font size is too small. I like that it fits in my purse, benefit of being small.

I mean yea its an iphone but that doesn't make it the best, the OS runs nice and fast but the screen ppi is weak. Also the camera isn't all that great. overall though for the price it's not that bad.

It’sa glorified iPhone 7. It’s supposed to be waterproof, but it didn’t keep out 10" of water for maybe 3 or 4 seconds tops. Get an iPhone X better

I got this as an extra phone since my iphone needs servicing but I cannot take it to Apple for the help. This reminds me of the other SE phones

meh, get the 12 and spend the money. your eyes will thank you. if you cant afford it though, for the price this is great.

Decent phone. Touch ID Broke after a few months. Had an issue with it and Best Buy was very bad about fixing it

Battery life is bad. Half a day at best. But it gets you into the apple world. Go for the mini instead

Looks and feels expensive. But I can't find anything that stands out about the se (2nd gen)... I wasn't impressed.

Worked great for 8 months. Then out of nowhere it was blacklisted and reported as lost or stolen. I bought this phone brand new so how can someone report it as stolen. Did best Buy sell me a used phone? Very Unhappy with this whole experience.

Bought unlocked and unboxed phone but there was a verizon sim inside the phone when i opened. Not sure if it is the case for all the people buying it in Bestbuy. Also the packaging is not sealed as you would see for an unboxed electronics items. Is that normal for all the people?

Returned, too small plus didn’t come with correct adapter..............................

I bought an unlocked phone, and ordered a SIM card from other company, since SIM card shipping was so slow, I just got it yesterday. When I opened the slot and tried to put SIM card in, there is a old SIM card in it, how come a new phone has a old SIM card? Bestbuy sent me a opened and resealed item?

Bought it as a gift for my cousin. I personally didn't like the phone but he loves it.

I guess. I’m an apple guy. What else to say really?

Missing SIM card. Best Buy would not send one. Had to purchase a new one on amazon

somehow this phone has very poor battery performance. It doesn't even last 8 hours. I like the phone but the battery is the turn-off

Phone is nice but have an Apple app that is not working correctly and have contacted Apple support several times and continued to be “escalated “ to the next level. Was told early on that they would replace the phone if this could not be fixed. Now told that is no longer an option. Have just passed the 3 week period with support, and now being told the hardware is okay, and now that the software is okay. Asked why it is still malfunctioning & could not get an answer. So once again, have gone through several steps with them turning controls off then back on. Then turning the phone off and back on, then going through to make sure the operating system is uptodate. Had thought and expected they would provide better service than Microsoft, but alas, they do not. This is my first Apple phone & may be my last. I believe the problem has to be either a hardware or software problem. What else is there?

It freezes and glitches all the time. The battery has become degraded all ready. Overall, it’s a poor quality phone that doesn’t work some times with crappy battery life.
