Had to return the phone. It woukdnt charge properly. 87% battery health and the phone itself was dirty. Wouldnt recommend buying used. Best Buy was vreag though. Took the phone back with no problem.

Purchased Apple phone in store at Fairmont location ,May 11,2025. Pasadena, Texas 77505. iphone not in stock , was ordered by salesperson. Promised to be delivered May 15, 2025. iphone delayed have not received any notices as of yet, no iphone received yet, to date May 25, 2025. Very, Very disappionted, disatisfied with Best Buy sales. They do not deserve any type of a review from customer. Will not do business with Best Buy in the future.

Kinda small compared to the other iPhones I seen on display. Wish I went for another one. Good for someone with small hands

In 2014, Apple came out with the iPhone 6 plus, and was the first iPhone to have a screen bigger than 4.7". That was 9 years ago. I had a iPhone SE 2020 the year it came out. And I liked it except for the screen size. I wish I did my research. I naively assumed that a newer model of that phone would be better than the previous. After all, we upgrade phones when they come out, not downgrade or stay the same. The fact that in 2022 they would offer this phone for $429 is insane. You'll find a bigger screen a $30 prepaid phone. They didn't have one on display when I purchased it. I walked out of the store, got to the car, and immediately returned it for a Pixel 7. For the same price, you get a 6.3" AMOLED 90hz screen, double the storage at from 64gb to 128gb, double the ram from 4gb to 8gb, a 50mp main camera and 12mp ultra wide compared to a single 12mp camera, which is a massive difference, and a 4355mAh battery vs a 2018mAh battery. My previous phone, which id highly recommend, was a Moto G Stylus 5g and it's half the price of both these phones with a huge 6..8" screen, quad cameras with 48mp main, 256gb storage and its expandable, and a 5000mAh battery. If you want a flagship device for an awesome price and great specs, go with the Pixel 7. Budget phone? Motorola makes really good phones nowadays, and they're WAY better than any "A" series Samsung phones. But if you want a screen smaller than ones 9 years ago in 2014, with a fraction of the storage, ram,.and battery life, for the same price or more, get the iPhone SE 2022.

This item came broken and Best Buy will not return it because it was more than ten days.

Bought this and now its having problems charge back 2024 of March. Also upset that Best buy will not help replace this phone under there warranty !!!!!

Not worth the price or the hassle.The shield doesn't even reach the sides of the screen there for the EDGES can crack.

Not a good quality cell phone case. It lacks in protection against drops or sand

Delivered June 13. 2023 and worked well until it completely died and cannot be revived on July 17, 2023. $450+ for a phone that worked 1 month!!!

Shop elsewhere or be ready to pay premium with bestbuy everything ships ground. Unless you pay for premium account.

Fed ex lost package. Best buy's process to replace or refund is a joke, this was suppose to be a xmas present and now they tell me they won't even make a decision until after Christmas. Plus they have charged my card.

Phone cut off and would not cut back on 2 months after return date ended.
