This is about the hardware side of the device for the most part. Finally something different. I adapted to no home button fast an I don't miss it in fact prefer it now. The only gesture I am not a fan of is Notification Center. I have big hands so it is not really an issue for me to reach the top corner but it does not feel natural or intuitive. I can see it being problematic for others with small hands for sure. Screen is gorgeous and I really like the form factor. The notch is not a big deal to me though I do find it limits the info available at the top of the home screen. For the most part I have forgotten its there. Cameras are very good and as is processing power. Overall I love the device. Face ID works very well and is fast. Most people that complain about it being slower are just not adapted to it yet. I keep it set so I have to be looking at the phone to unlock it and yes that means I have to look at it. That is a little different that touchID but you can turn that off if you choose. Also when you get a message notification quit swiping up to go to the home screen then touching messages. Just wake the phone, touch the notification and blam you are there. Like I said adapting to the new way of using it. I don't like the protruding camera on the back, thats just stupid. The glass back feels and looks great but adds to the delicateness of the device so both negative and positive I guess. Overall it's my favorite iPhone in a long time.

Amazing phone. Although the overall phone is smaller than the iPhone plus version, the screen is still larger as it’s edge to edge. Awesome camera!

I'll admit I've had every model that has been introduced of the iPhones. It's a sickness...lol. I was slightly hesitant buying the X model but it blew me away. I liked it so much, that I went out and bought my wife one...and I had just gotten her a new 8 Plus. So now my grandson gets a one month old 8 Plus. The face recognition has exceeded what I was expecting, the form factor. The wow factor...truly surprised me. At this point I'm struggling to even come up with negatives, because for both myself and my wife , we are thoroughly pleased.

It’s slightly bigger than the iPhone 6s and is a lot more heavier in weight. Great camera vs the past models, and resolution.

The screen and cameras are gorgeous, and the phone is great all things considered. However, the ergonomics of the new larger power on button, directly opposite the volume buttons, has me and anyone I know who has this phone taking an awful lot of screenshots and intentionally. Something about the larger screen (larger touch area) has me grabbing the sides much more I guess.

dont listen to the hater reviews ! try it and learn ! its very easy to adjust to it and makes its real easy ! i do youtube vids on popular electronics and got over 2million subs and this phone is awesome ! face id works fast and easy just try it ! the top notch dont hate it its just weird if u zoom into vids but u get use to it ! the home button u gotta miss it the couple 1st days but u gonna like the fast swipes and multi tabs ! and many new features !

This phone is amazing. The screen is stunning and the phone works great. Faster internet and better signal.

Coming from previous generations of iPhones, I was skeptical on upgrading to an iPhone without Touch ID and no home button. All I can say I am glad I did it! The Face ID works much better than I even imagined! Even better than Touch ID! I also don’t miss the home button. It will take less than a day to get used to the swiping. It’s a great iPhone!

Cellphones continue to displace traditional desktop and laptop devices as personal computers and the iPhone X is an excellent choice of device to use as your main day-to-day PC. It is fast, slim, has a great balance between screen size and physicsl dimensions with the semi-bezelless design. FaceID works much more reliably than TouchID. I would have liked to see a 128gb storage option but the cost per gb of the 256 model is hard to pass up when the other choice is 64gb.

Best iPhone. No questions asked. New screen is beautiful. Battery is great.

There was great improvement in the new update for the Iphone. The facial recognition is great and works in near dark situations. The size is just right as its not too big as the Plus models have been recently. I would recommend this for someone looking for the most up to date technology.

While the Sony Xperia was a fine smartphone it just didnt work for us since my wife was still Iphone and many shared services we love and use didnt work between android and iPhone. We had been with iPhone since they first came out and are very pleased with the iPhone X. I had my doubts about the face ID but after using it a while I actually prefer it to the fingerprint ID. Its still backed up by a passcode if you ever have any issues with the face ID. We came from iPhone 6s to this and its a great phone, very fast and has a great screen resolution not to mention all of the camera features.

I’ve owned an iPhone since the original launched 10 years ago. This phone represents 10 years of progress and development. It’s downright gorgeous. Feels great in hand and is a snappy performer. Coming from an iPhone 6, there is lights years of difference. I was a bit nervous about FaceID but I think it works great. Better than expected honestly. I don’t see any reason to buy and iPhome 8 when thing thing is already on the market. The price isn’t that much higher but the experience is by far better. Buy it today without hesitation.
