The phone is great with many excellent features. It was easy to set up and transfer data/photos from my older iPhone 6. Only tricky thing was understanding how to transfer my existing service but a quick web search got that taken care of.

I am happy I bought this phone! Love the facial recognition! Works well with Apple Pay. Takes great pictures! It’s not to big or to small!

Used the trade in upgrade for my daughter. She loves all the new features. The photo quality is better. Although a smaller phone than the iPhone pluses - the screen is actually larger. All functions are done on the screen vs push button.

wasn't sure if i should upgrade, but the new features are really great. the facial recognition is a lot easier to use than the thumb print on the previous iphone version. it even works in very low light. the camera quality is also much better and has other features to enhance your photos. BTW, buying it at best buy is so much better and easier than going to the ATT store or Apple store. BB customer service is consistently better and faster than either of those other places. Plus I get reward points when I purchase here.

Ok so after reading mixed reviews on this phone Me and my wife decided to get it.. we are happy with it it looks better than any other iPhone in my opinion. We really like face id.. it works fasts and it is more convenient than touch id

What can I say? I love this phone! I was going to get an 8 Plus until I saw how big the phone actually was when compared to my old iPhone 6...the iPhone X is just slightly larger than the 6 and it has the same screen size as the 8 plus!

Better functions and capability. Much faster than the previous iPhone generations. Excellent picture quality. The best phone you can have.

This phone has been awesome. Worth the wait and definitely worth the upgrade just for the screen/camera alone. Took a small amount of time without the home button but easily able to adapt to. Love the qi charging functiality as well!

The camera is fantastic and all the little things that people are complaining about being changed are barely noticeable after a day of using the phone all the gestures feel natural and the notch just kind of blends away after a day

Happy I didn’t decide to get the 8 and waited for the X. Loving the face recognition, makes everything so much easier. Makes me feel safer putting my phone down and knowing no one can see what pops up on my phone! Best one thus far!

iPhone X is the most advanced phone out there. Amazing camera, blazing fast, outstanding display and faceID all shine on this device.

When paying over four digits for a phone you’d expect it to be great. The iPhone X doesn’t disappoint. Every aspect of the phone is amazing from screen, to speakers. Is there room for improvement? Of course, the answer to that will always be yes (that’s why there will be a new iPhone next year). The part I’m referring to that needs improvement is the battery, I use my phone heavily (hours of calls + LTE videos), but for the average user the battery should be sufficient. 5/5 from me, a random guy in the internet.

Previously had the iPhone 5S, so it was time for an upgrade, and since I clearly don't update my phone very frequently, I decided on the iPhone X. I like that it's larger than previous generations. The facial recognition is cool, as is the swipe features that replace the home button. Easy and quick to adapt to new style. Worth the price? That's up to you, but it does seem to be a bit more expensive than it should be based on the fact that much of the phone's features are the same as previous generations.

I absolutely love the new iphone. Granted I upgraded from the 6 so some of the new features from previous phones are new to me but the OLED screen, the upgraded chipset, the AR features and the camera are all great. Love it.

Coming from an iPhone 7 plus to the X, took a bit to get used to the size difference, but after a few days of messing around with it. It's actually great. Love that the phone is small again but the screen size is bigger.

I really like this phone, but I didn't give it 5 stars, because it didn't exceed my expectations and I was almost forced into it due to the decline in performance caused by the multiple updates released to keep up with the issues arising from the release of the X. The iPhone doesn't really change much other than a few new features and upgrades to the camera, screen resolution, and overall speed due to processor upgrades each year. When will our phones project images in 3D that we can manipulate with our hands like in the SciFi movies?? e.g., Minority Report! Just saying. Regardless, it's a nicely made phone and feels good in your hand. The model you get at Best Buy is the same you would get at the Apple Store and works on all networks (CDMA and TDMA). That is advantageous, because when you get the phone unlocked, you can use it with any carrier.

I upgraded to the X from a 6S Plus and I love that I get all that screen in a compact package. I like big screens but not necessarily big phones... enter the X. This thing is so much faster than my 6S Plus too, but that's to be expected when you wait a couple of generations to upgrade of course. I'm fine with the notch that people complain about, doesn't bother me if I even notice it all. The audio quality is so much better than my previous iPhone. I am very happy with this upgrade.

The facial recognition is outstanding. Camera takes fantastic pictures. Processor is fast and it is perfect pocket size.

A definite step up from previous generations. Have so far had no issues with Face ID. It works so well that it’s hard to imagine going back to a finger print ID or home buttons. Camera is great and everything works really smoothly so far.
