Love the camera and screen. Have not noticed significant processor difference vs. iphone 6S plus. Battery life is one day.

Love my new phone. Well worth the money. The facial recognition and Animoji‘s are amazing! Well worth it!

I was hesitant to purchase the phone but with the buy one get one I had to grab one. I went from the 7 plus which I was ok with, but the X was definitely worth the buy. The phone seems to process faster, screen clarity is great and overall a great phone. If you are considering upgrading do it.

I have mixed reviews. While the display and added features are awesome...I’m concerned about bringing back the glass on both sides design. I understand the need for the glass for wireless charging but if apple isn’t going to include a wireless charger why bother? I’m also a bit annoyed with the removal of the headphone jack. An adapter is provided but now you have to choose between using headphones or charging your phone. The alternative would be to buy wireless headphones (which are not included).

Nice design, good screen size. There are a few technical issues that can become annoying or tedious. Overall good phone

I had an iPhone 6+ for many years which I really liked. I was worried that I would have a hard time transitioning to the new phone, but not at all. It helped that my husband already had an​ iPhone X, but I loved it right away. The facial recognition is fantastic!

The iPhone X is legit. Great service from Best Buy setting it up and getting me a great deal as well!

I really like the Animoji and AR capabilities. Face recognition is a nice touch to the iPhone lineup.

Upgraded from the iPhone six and very satisfied. But I wish I still had the thumbprint identification

My son loves the new IPhone X. He was up and running in no time. The facial recognition is very nice. The only issue with the facial recognition is you can only have one face recognized on your phone. You could add multiple people to the fingerprint recognition. Overall a great product.

So far so good. It’s way faster than iPhone 8 and just as easy to use. Only negatives are price and the headphone Jack

This is great buy. My old phone was dropping calls and the battery was bad. No issues with this one.

Take a little getting used to but after the adjustment from the plus, I am glad I made the purchase

I had an iPhone 6s Plus but my digitizer went bad. Went with the X because I didn’t want to wait for the XR. It’s much better than I expected and the price point was fair as opposed to the newest model. Most reviews for the Xs model didn’t note much change from this model.

My 4th iPhone (had original, 3, 5 and now X). Apple continues to amaze with their kaisen (continuous improvement). The quality of the design, the feel, functionality, speed, screen clarity, user interface all combine to provide the user with an outstanding piece of mobile technology.

Still was using a 6. Waited a few gens till something different came out. Good overall phone so far

I had my iPhone X for under 2 weeks. In that time, I really enjoyed the features and functionality. The pictures were awesome. I returned mine when Apple announced that they were coming out with the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max. Excited to get the "Max". Apple works in mysterious ways! The only reason I went ahead and got the iPhone X when I did, was because all indicators suggested that Apple was not going to continue with the iPhone X. I guess that part was true.

Great upgrade from the iPhone 6 that I had. Photo quality is superb and new features are awesome.
