Long time Samsung user made the switch to Apple and must say I will never switch back and this phone alone is why great phone looking forward to more options from Apple

Replaced wife’s phone as she had a 6s and wouldn’t hold a charge anymore. She loves the facial recognition as she always had problems with using her finger to unlock. Loves phone

I love love love my new iPhone X. My favorite feature is the new camera which takes AMAZING selfies. You can choose from different types of lighting and the photos turn out perfect.

The picture quality is terrific, I just which it was little bigger. I previously had the 7 plus so it tough going smaller.

Bought it on sale instead of the 8 Plus. Love that it's not much bigger than my old 6, but has more screen space. Would definitely recommend a really good case for it though.

I thought this phone would be a pain at first but I have come to love it. So easy to just look at your phone and swipe it open, even most of my apps work with facial recognition

Was really hesitant on getting this phone because it was big. And no home button..... but it turns out it is way better without a home button.... best change they did yet

Once you get used to it - you love it! Initially it felt strange not to have the home button but the sales person at Best Buy had his own and gave me a great start information...

I’m not a big fan of facial recognition, but my son was in need of a new phone. His 6 was on its last leg and he really wanted the iPhone X. We split the cost since I wasn’t willing to foot the hefty price tag myself. He seems to love it and it does seem to be super fast. Time will tell if it lives up to its hype.

I resisted getting an upgrade because of the price. My IPhone 6 worked fine. So glad I did. Huge difference in performance. Love this phone.

I have had the last 7 iPhones and this is the first time I was like wow what a difference. The screen is gorgeous and having no home button makes this I one handed phone. Love it

The camera is spectacular on this phone. Apple still has problems with their software. I’ve been a huge Apple fan until my iPhone 6 crashed, forcing me to get a new phone. I did not want to go with another Apple product, but ended up choosing this (which was the most current model) because of the security.

Got this phone because my wife wanted a new iPhone and Samsung did not deliver with the s9 in my opinion. This has been the best phone I have ever owned hands down!

Iphone x is matching my expectations so far. Costly but it has features n quality. App navigation is interesting. Phone gives better control to user about interface n security

My wife was in a huge need to upgrade her phone. The X was a significant upgrade. The set up with iOS 10 made logging in and setting up easy. The new chipset is superior and fast. Would like to see the screen dimensions a little bigger, but full coverage of the face looks great. Face ID has yet to give us hiccups.

I bought X on the launch day and then I bought another one for my wife. We both love it and it is by far the best Iphone I have owned in a while. I can tell you the last Iphone I owned was 5s and I was a android user and a Samsung fan after that but when I switched to this one I have not missed my android ok to be honest some times but not much. What it is best is the support from Apple, no duplication of apps, no bloatware and OS upgrades. It is pricey and I think that is the major drawback that I can think of, there might be others but every phone has them and in the end it all comes down to personal preference.

This phone is high quality-durable, great camera and so much more. The only downside is it was expensive. But Apple makes great products!

It’s been almost 2 years and the phone still works great! I love all the space I have on the phone despite having a multitude of applications.

Phone has been great since I bought. No issues that weren’t resolved by apple updates. Yes: the camera is great & I like the new touch format. Would recommend
