It's a little complicated to figure out all of the new functions and to get over using things i'm used to.

I had an IPhone 8 Plus and was debating what phone to get next. This was definitely the right choice! Great screen size and love the no home button.

Takes some getting used to since there is no home button but the screen size is just as big as a plus without the bulk. Great phone once you figure it out.

I was a little nervous about the facial recognition and not having a home button. Wasn’t sure how I would I would like it. Long story short, it’s amazing.

This is really a great phone. I bought the X outright since Best Buy had some left in stock. I paid a 100.00 less than the Xs. Very well worth it.

Way better than my 6s plus. Face recognition works well and can always put the code in if it’s too dark or something is obstructing my face.

This is a great phone! There is a slight learning curve, but it's easy to get the hang of it. Battery life has been amazing. I'm pleased I upgraded!

I like the iPhone X. I came from using an iPhone 6 16gb that was recently plagued by the apple update “slow down”. Nice phone operates well. Good camera.

I love the many new feature including the facial recognition. Not as happy that the Verizon total bill is a bit higher than expected in the end.

The phone was tweaking when I first bought it but it just needed to be updated after it was turned on. Works great besides the first tweaks
