Awesome phone.. but need the screen a bit bigger..

Facial recognition lock is a pain in the butt. Also, the antenna seems to be weaker than that of previous versions. I seem to be on 3G and 1x a lot more than I was with previous iPhones. Otherwise, it's good.

It took me a while to get use to this phone and I am still learning it. I am just not sure I will keep getting an iPhone. There are things I though were easier on the Samsung.

For the price I thought it would be this amazing upgrade to my 7, I should have waited or gone android for an upgrade to what I had

I would not recommend this phone if it’s your first iPhone. Apple had great intentions but I don’t think it’s quite ready yet. I wish I returned it when I had the chance

This is just worth a 1000 it’s that simple and the customer service you get from Apple these days is shocking. I’m done with Apple they have lose it google 2 plus for me

I’ve owned several iPhones and this one is, by far, the best one ever. I am very happy with it. First, it’s great for telephone calls. Sound quality is improved with much clearer speakers and louder volume for the speakerphone. Face ID has worked perfectly for me even at side angles. I have unintentionally unlocked it a few times by glancing at the screen when I didn’t intend to do anything, but a press on the side button undid my error. I’m getting used to swiping up with my thumb to bring the home screen instead of pressing a home button. Just a couple of days using the phone so I still have to think about swiping instead of pressing, but I’ll get used to it pretty quickly. Have not had time to use the camera yet but I am looking forward to using it after getting used to the basics. I love cordless charging! No more looking for the chord to plug it in before putting the phone on the nightstand or yanking the phone out of my hand when I forgot to pull the plug the next morning. I just lay the phone on the Belkin charging pad when I go to sleep and pick it up the next morning - all charged and ready to go. I also bought a case, screen protector and Apple Care because, although I am not hard on my phones, accidents do happen.

Bought this for my son, but used it several times myself. I think if you are an Apple fan this is probably a great cell phone.

Switched to this phone from iPhone 6. Other than the camera, could have just kept the older phone. Not wowed like most about this phone.

I bought unlock i-phone X.. but when I try to use it with different company then they say it’s not unlocked ..I have to request them to unlock my phone...but there is no link I can find where can I go and unlock my phone...I pay too much but I do not get right product..

It took 3 hours just to open the account. The phone freezes a lot and drops a lot of calls. I’m not satisfied at all.

I wouldn't get it again if I had to . There's nothing special about it an gets stuck or doesn't want to work alot.

This device was okay but lately has been freezing a lot I really don’t know what is the issue with it.

I like the iPhone 8 better then the x. But i got the x instead. Its okay but i wouldnt get it again

I preferred earlier versions. Got sold this one but would have been just as happy with the 8.

The phone is ok. I guess I don’t use all the features so I’m not seeing what all the hype is about

My wife loves this phone one minute hates it the next.. ..but she keeps going with Apple

Only issue I have is that in 90 degree weather it tends to slow down and experience lag.

There is nothing great about this phone. It has quirks ans freezes often.
